Clients must provide necessary content, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays from the client side may impact timelines and delivery.
All confidential information will be kept secure and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless legally required.
Revisions are limited as per the scope. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
We may use third-party tools. WeBaught is not responsible for their functionality, terms, or outages.
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Services are provided “as-is.”
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment is required for all completed work up to that point.
We reserve the right to update these terms without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
